FARSH ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§1. General Information
The FARSH online store, available at https://farsh-concept.com/, is operated by Paulina Rzeźnik, a sole proprietorship operating under the name FARSH, with its registered office at ul. Kwartowa 3, 31-419 Kraków, NIP: 7481596291, REGON: 542873688.

The Store operates in accordance with Polish law, including:
the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights,
the Act of July 18, 2002, on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means,
the GDPR Regulation,
the so-called Omnibus Package.
These Terms and Conditions define the terms and conditions for using the website, placing orders, payment, delivery, withdrawal from the contract, and the complaints procedure.
§2. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via the Store’s website.
To place an order, the Customer selects products, adds them to the cart, and completes the order form, providing the correct information necessary for order fulfillment.
Placing an order requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions – this constitutes the Customer’s declaration of intent to conclude a sales contract.
After placing the order, the Customer receives an email confirming its acceptance.
The contract is deemed concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation by the Customer.
§3. Prices and Payments
All prices listed in the store are gross prices in Polish zloty (PLN) and include all taxes.
In the event of price reductions, the store will inform you of the lowest price available 30 days prior to the promotion (as per the Omnibus package).

Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro,
Fast online payments supported by Autopay S.A.
The entity providing online payment services is Autopay S.A., with its registered office in Sopot, ul. Powstańców Warszawy 6, 81-718 Sopot, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000320590.
In the event of a refund for a payment card transaction, the store will refund the funds to the bank account associated with the Customer’s card.
Order processing time is counted from the moment of positive payment authorization.
§4. Delivery
Delivery within Poland is carried out via courier companies or InPost parcel lockers.
Shipping costs are provided during order placement and in the summary before confirming your purchase.
Order processing time is usually 1 to 5 business days from receipt of payment.

The Store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
§5. Withdrawal from the Contract
A customer who is a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send an email to: farsh.concept@gmail.com.
The goods must be returned within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
The goods must be returned in unaltered condition, without signs of use.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different, free-of-charge method.
§6. Complaints
All products offered in the Store are new and free from defects.
In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the Customer has the right to file a complaint under the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.
Complaints can be submitted by email to: farsh.concept@gmail.com, providing:
name and surname,
order number,
description of the defect,
photos (if possible).
The Store will review the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
If the complaint is accepted, the Store will immediately replace the goods, repair them, or refund the money.
§7. Personal Data
The personal data controller is Paulina Rzeźnik – FARSH, ul. Kwartowa 3, 31-419 Kraków.
Customer data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, processing payments, contacting the Customer, and handling complaints, in accordance with the principles set out in the Privacy Policy.
Data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, and the Customer has the right to access, rectify, erase, limit the processing of, and transfer their data.
§8. Extrajudicial Dispute Resolution
Consumers have the right to seek assistance from the Municipal or District Consumer Ombudsman.
The European Commission’s ODR platform is also available: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The FARSH Store is not obligated to use extrajudicial dispute resolution methods unless the Customer consents to this in individual cases.
§9. Final Provisions
Customers are prohibited from providing illegal content.
The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be published on the website.
The store will not affect orders placed previously.
Polish law shall apply to matters not regulated herein.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of their publication on the store’s website.
